This is a luxury apartment on the ground floor. The patio faces West so gets sunshine from about lunchtime, right through the afternoon into the evening. It also has a large lawned garden which enjoys the sunshine right through the day. It is adjacent to the parking spaces, so it would be fine if you had some impaired mobility. Apartment 5.1 has a large living and dining area. There is a comfortable sofa- bed and matching easy chair. Luxury cotton throws protect the furniture and allow you to fully relax and enjoy your holiday. The dining table, chairs, sideboard and coffee table are in good quality pine. TV, receiving local stations, video and hi-fi are provided. There is a collection of Videos and CDs and you could bring your own favourites. Stylish crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided, along with good quality linen. For your ease and convenience we also provide stain-proof covers to ensure a relaxing time.Spare crockery is available (on holiday, accidents will happen), and there is no need to worry about glassware etc. Everyday glasses are provided as well as fine wine glasses. You choose.The dining cupboard contains a drinks cabinet. Again, this is stocked. If you fancy an odd whisky or gin, but won't want enough to need to buy a bottle, you don't need to. Our rules are slightly different from the norm; help yourself to drinks from the cabinet but leave it slightly fuller than you find it. If you finish a bottle, replace it, if you just have the odd tot from several then contribute something that's getting low.KitchenThis has a full oven with four ring hob; it is very well equipped. It has plenty of good quality saucepans, crockery, glassware and cutlery. Microwave, toaster, juicer, blender, kettle and coffee maker are provided, as well as (of course) teapot etc for your morning cuppa! It has the essentials for most demanding cooks, including a growing selection of interesting and varied cookery books. The spice rack is full. A washing machine is provided for your use, please remember to use Calgon in the very hard water (some will be provided)When you arrive at our holiday apartment, you will find a bottle of cava in the fridge to celebrate your holiday. There will be a few beers and some basic wines, salt in the pot, washing up liquid under the sink. Nobody wants to spend their first day shopping for basic staples. Again, you contribute to the joint provisions, following the basic rule that you leave the apartment slightly better stocked than you found it. This works on trust, on the understanding that everybody will value the basic provisions and contribute. BedroomThe spacious bedroom has a kingsize beds of excellent quality. Linen is best Egyptian cotton, the bedspread a beautiful cream and gold. There is one large double wardrobe so there is plenty of space to keep all your clothes.BathroomThe ultimate luxury, the bathroom is tiled in golden yellow veined marble, with a round bath, big enough for two, with shower over.Essential equipment is supplied, such as the Champagne bucket and candle holders. We always leave a supply of complementary toiletries, just to cater for those forgotten items, even new toothbrushes! Towels are again of best quality, lovely fluffy bath sheets, and plenty of them, and plenty of floor towels (essential because the tiled floors are very slippy when wet!). The patioThe patio is equipped with patio set, reclining chairs and a sun bed. The patio West, so it gets the sun from early afternoon through until sunset. A large wooden parasol is provided for shade. The apartment is equipped with a small barbecue. The large garden adjoining the patio provides a lovely sunbathing.
